From Sacrifice to Renewal:

A Transformative Retreat for Confluence Health Physicians and APP’s

Many healthcare providers enter medicine with a sense of mission and a desire to serve. In choosing this path, we enter into a culture of self-sacrifice for the benefit of our patients, often at the expense of our own well-being. In addition, we face the challenges of working within the flawed macro and micro systems of modern healthcare that lead to increased administrative burdens, pressure to increase productivity, reduce autonomy, and grow systemic complexity. This combination of stressors can lead to isolation, resentment, and burnout, pulling us even further from our goal to serve. We cannot care for our patients while neglecting ourselves.

• An opportunity for physicians and advanced practice providers to step away from the demands of clinical practice and reconnect with the deeper meaning of their work.

• Experienced through guided discussion, reflection, and shared experience.

• Designed to provide personal renewal and practical strategies for navigating the challenges of modern healthcare

• An opportunity to grow a community of support within the Confluence Physician and APP family.
